Living healthy and pain-free is what I know and love. Having struggled several years with being obese, severely depressed and in pain I attempted suicide. Upon waking up from my failed attempt I was diagnosed with Leukaemia and realized I needed to change both mentally and physically.
Throughout my own transformation I became a certified Personal Trainer, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Stress Resiliency Coach, and Training Seniors Specialist.
My goal is to help others overcome their physical and mental struggles when it comes to leading a happy and healthy lifestyle.

What exercises do I do to get my abs to show?
Unfortunately there is no specific exercise that will make your abs show. Core workouts are for strengthening your abdominals and surrounding trunk muscles. The best way to get your abs to show is by working on your body composition.
How long does it take to lose 20-30lbs?
When it comes to a weight loss timeline, there is no one size fits all! Everybody has different genetic makeup and body type, which will play a role in how you lose weight. In the majority of cases you will need to eat in a caloric deficit and be consistent with exercise to lose weight and change your body composition.
How did you make your transformation?
In 2016, I was obese (300lbs), severely depressed and attempted suicide, and upon waking up from my attempt I was diagnosed with Leukaemia. After coming to terms with my diagnosis I knew I needed to change my life! In July 2017, I got a gym membership and started eating a whole food plant-based diet. Over the next 1.5 years I was consistently resistance training 3x per week, and doing cardio 2x per week.
What is your experience and certifications?
I have been in the fitness industry for 5+ years doing one-on-one, partner training, small group fitness and bootcamps. I've worked with a wide range of clientele with different needs and goals, including postpartum recovery, post-hip replacement rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis management, thyroid disorders, weight loss, gaining strength and muscle mass, improving overall quality of life and longevity.
